Pick-a-Time is a new online scheduling tool for upcoming parent-teacher conferences. This user-friendly platform will streamline the conference scheduling process, making it easier for you to connect with your child's teachers.

How to Use Pick-a-Time:

  1. Access the Platform: Use the Pick-a-Time link to create an account and follow the instructions.
  2. View Teacher Schedules: Once logged in, you can view your child's teachers' available conference times.
  3. Schedule Your Conference: Simply select the time slot that best suits your schedule.

Tips for Scheduling:

  • Plan Ahead: Review your child's schedule and coordinate with family members to avoid scheduling multiple conferences at the same time.
  • Schedule One Building at a Time: If you have multiple children in the district, consider scheduling conferences at one building per day to minimize travel time or schedule in blocks to avoid driving between buildings more than necessary.
  • Be Flexible: If your preferred time slot is unavailable, be open to exploring other options.
  • Confirm Your Appointment: You will receive a confirmation email after logging out of the platform. You will also receive a reminder email the day before your conferences.
