KEEPING OUR KIDS CYBER SAFE

Parents, guardians, teachers and grandparents from the Effingham School District are are invited to an evening presentation discussing student online safety including cyber-bullying, sexting, harassment, cyber-stalking, grooming and false personation.

Effingham High School is hosting "Keeping Our Kids Cyber Safe." Make plans to attend this parent presentation on Monday, January 27th from 6:00-8:00pm in the EHS Cafeteria.

Nationally recognized child cyber crimes expert Detective Richard Wistocki will be presenting insight, strategies and resources designed to help parents combat cyber-bullying and online predators.

Det. Wistocki will also be speaking to 6th-8th grade students earlier that same morning, and to the high school students in the afternoon.

Parents are encouraged to bring their child's device with them for a hands-on experience.
