This system offers a collection of modules that will streamline
the processing of district-wide forms. Each module has a user
component and an administrative component.
Each user component allows staff members to submit requests to
district administrators who, in turn, can process the requests
without the need of moving paper from facility to facility and
desk to desk. Staff members can track the progress of requests
easily via this system.
Administrators can review, grant or deny requests from any intranet
(or Internet) connected computer. They can generate status reports
that provide instantaneous, up-to-date information.
Since the information is stored in a database, clerical staff can
use the data to track employee information and make appropriate
adjustments to district records.
